2. 収集するデータと目的

本アプリは、Shopifyストアへのインストールおよびサービス提供のために、以下のデータを収集・処理します。

収集するデータ

• ショップ情報: ショップドメイン、ロケール（言語設定）等
• サブスクリプション情報: プラン名、ステータス、ShopifyチャージID
• スタッフ情報: 名前（ニックネーム可）、写真、身長・体重、所属店舗（ロケーション）、タグ、紹介文。マーチャントまたは招待されたスタッフが登録する情報です
• スナップ情報: コーディネート写真、ひも付けた商品、表示設定、公開状態
• スタッフ招待情報: スタッフがスマートフォンから投稿するための招待トークンとPIN
• 分析データ: ストアフロントでのスナップの表示・クリック・カート追加・購入の集計（Web Pixel経由のイベント）。注文は売上集計に必要な注文ID・金額のみを参照し、購入者の氏名・住所等の個人情報は保存しません
• Shopifyセッション情報: Shopifyライブラリが管理するセッションデータ

利用目的

• ストアフロントへのスタッフ一覧・スタッフ詳細・コーディネート（スナップ）ページの表示
• スタッフ本人によるスナップ投稿機能の提供（招待トークン・PINによる認証）
• スナップと商品のひも付け（Shop the Look）
• スナップ・スタッフ別のクリック・売上分析（Proプラン）
• プラン・課金状態の管理および機能制限の適用
• アプリの正常動作の維持・障害対応

3. データの保管と安全管理

保管場所・期間

• アプリサーバー（Cloudflare Workers）およびデータベース（Cloudflare D1）は、委託先の Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）が運用しています。データは Cloudflare のアジア太平洋リージョン（主に日本国内）に保存し、Cloudflare のネットワークで配信します。
• スタッフ写真・スナップ写真は Shopify Files（CDN）に保存されます。
• スタッフ・スナップ情報は Shopify のメタオブジェクトおよび当社データベースに保存します。アンインストール後48時間で削除されます。
• ショップ設定・セッション・プラン情報は、アンインストール後48時間で Shopify から届く削除通知（shop/redact）を受けて削除します。48時間以内に再インストールした場合は復元されます。
• その他のデータ（サーバーログ）は、最大7日間で自動削除されます。サーバーログには個人を識別する情報は含まれません。
• バックアップは Cloudflare D1 のポイントインタイム復元（30日間）を利用しています。復元の用途にのみ使用し、30日で自動的に消去されます。

安全管理措置

• 通信はすべてHTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されます。
• データベース（Cloudflare D1）は保存時に暗号化されます。
• データベース・管理コンソールへのアクセスは、権限管理と二要素認証により、限られた担当者のみに制限しています。
• APIキー等の機密情報は、Cloudflare のシークレット管理機能で暗号化して保管し、ソースコードには含めません。
• アプリへのアクセスはShopifyの認証（トークンエクスチェンジ）を経由します。
• Shopify からの通知（Webhook）は、署名（HMAC）を検証したうえで処理します。
• Shopify の GDPR 関連リクエスト（customers/data_request、customers/redact、shop/redact）に対応しています。

4. 第三者提供（Shopify APIを含む）

Shopify

本アプリはShopify APIを使用してサービスを提供します。以下のShopify APIスコープを使用します。

• write_products: 商品情報の参照とスナップへのひも付け
• write_metaobjects / write_metaobject_definitions: スタッフ・スナップデータの保存
• write_files: 写真のアップロード
• read_orders: スナップ経由売上の集計（分析機能）
• write_pixels / read_customer_events: ストアフロント分析用 Web Pixel の設置とイベントの受信
• write_content / read_themes: スタッフページの作成とテーマ設置状況の確認

課金処理はShopify Billing APIを通じて行われます。課金に関するデータはShopifyが管理します。Shopifyのプライバシーポリシーについては、Shopifyの公式サイトをご参照ください。

委託先のクラウドサービス

• 利用内容: アプリサーバー（Cloudflare Workers）およびデータベース（Cloudflare D1）の運用

5. ユーザーの権利（開示・削除請求）

マーチャント（ストアオーナー）は、本アプリが保有するご自身のデータについて、以下の権利を有します。

• 開示請求: 保有データの内容の確認
• 削除請求: 保有データの削除

アンインストール時のデータ取り扱い

アプリをアンインストールした場合、Shopifyによって課金は自動的にキャンセルされます。アプリが保有するデータは、アンインストール後約48時間保持され、その間に再インストールした場合は復元されます（プランはFreeにリセットされます）。約48時間を過ぎると、Shopifyからのデータ削除要請に基づき、これらのデータは自動的に削除されます。

GDPR対応

本アプリはShopifyから届くGDPR関連の請求（customers/data_request、customers/redact、shop/redact）に対応しています。

6. 改定

本プライバシーポリシーは、法令の改正、サービス内容の変更等に伴い、予告なく改定される場合があります。改定後のポリシーは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

2. Data We Collect and How We Use It

This app collects and processes the following data in order to install and provide the service to Shopify stores.

Data Collected

• Shop information: Shop domain, locale (language setting), etc.
• Subscription information: Plan name, status, Shopify charge ID
• Staff information: Name (nicknames allowed), photo, height/weight, store location, tags, bio. This information is registered by the merchant or by invited staff members
• Snap information: Outfit photos, tagged products, display settings, publication status
• Staff invitation data: Invitation tokens and PINs that let staff members post from their phones
• Analytics data: Aggregated views, clicks, add-to-cart and purchase counts for snaps on the storefront (events via Web Pixel). For orders we reference only the order ID and amount needed for revenue aggregation; buyers' names, addresses and other personal information are not stored
• Shopify session data: Session data managed by the Shopify library

Purposes of Use

• Displaying staff list, staff detail and outfit (snap) pages on the storefront
• Letting staff members post snaps themselves (authenticated by invitation token and PIN)
• Tagging products on snaps (Shop the Look)
• Click and revenue analytics per snap and staff member (Pro plan)
• Managing plan and billing status and applying feature restrictions
• Maintaining normal app operation and responding to incidents

3. Data Storage and Security

Storage Location and Retention Period

• The app server (Cloudflare Workers) and database (Cloudflare D1) are operated by our subprocessor Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Data is stored in Cloudflare's Asia-Pacific region (primarily within Japan) and delivered over Cloudflare's network.
• Staff photos and snap photos are stored in Shopify Files (CDN).
• Staff and snap information is stored in Shopify metaobjects and in our database. It is deleted 48 hours after uninstallation.
• Shop settings, sessions, and plan information are deleted 48 hours after uninstallation, upon receiving Shopify's deletion notice (shop/redact). If the app is reinstalled within 48 hours, they are restored.
• Other data (server logs) is automatically deleted within 7 days at most. Server logs contain no personally identifying information.
• Backups use Cloudflare D1 point-in-time recovery (30 days). They are used only for restoration and are automatically erased after 30 days.

Security Measures

• All communication is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
• The database (Cloudflare D1) is encrypted at rest.
• Access to the database and admin consoles is limited to authorized staff, with permission management and two-factor authentication.
• API keys and other secrets are stored encrypted in Cloudflare's secret management and are never included in source code.
• Access to the app is authenticated via Shopify's token exchange mechanism.
• Notifications (webhooks) from Shopify are processed only after their signature (HMAC) is verified.
• Shopify GDPR requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are supported.

4. Sharing with Third Parties (Including Shopify API)

Shopify

This app uses the Shopify API to provide its services. The following Shopify API scopes are used:

• write_products: Reading product information and tagging products on snaps
• write_metaobjects / write_metaobject_definitions: Storing staff and snap data
• write_files: Uploading photos
• read_orders: Aggregating revenue attributed to snaps (analytics)
• write_pixels / read_customer_events: Installing the Web Pixel for storefront analytics and receiving its events
• write_content / read_themes: Creating the staff page and checking theme setup status

Billing is processed through the Shopify Billing API. Billing-related data is managed by Shopify. Please refer to Shopify's official website for Shopify's privacy policy.

Subcontracted Cloud Service

• Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States)
• Usage: Operation of the app server (Cloudflare Workers) and database (Cloudflare D1)
• Data Location: Stored in Cloudflare's Asia-Pacific region (primarily within Japan) and delivered over Cloudflare's network

5. User Rights (Access and Deletion Requests)

Merchants (store owners) have the following rights regarding their data held by this app:

• Right of access: Confirmation of the content of data held
• Right to deletion: Deletion of data held

Data Handling Upon Uninstallation

When the app is uninstalled, billing is automatically cancelled by Shopify. Data held by the app is retained for approximately 48 hours after uninstallation and can be restored if the app is reinstalled within that period (the plan will be reset to Free). After approximately 48 hours, this data is automatically deleted in response to Shopify's data deletion request.

GDPR Compliance

This app supports GDPR-related requests sent by Shopify (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

6. Revisions
