1. 収集・保存する情報

• ストア設定(ブロック構成・表示条件・プラン情報): 当アプリのデータベースおよび Shopify の shop メタフィールドに保存します。
• 顧客情報(氏名・顧客タグ・購入回数・マーチャントが指定した顧客メタフィールド値): 表示のパーソナライズと表示条件の判定のためにのみ利用し、Shopify の customer メタフィールドにのみ保存します。当アプリのデータベースには顧客個人データを一切保存しません。これらの情報は、購入後ページ・マイページの表示時に Shopify の仕組み(appMetafields および Customer Account API)を通じて、ログイン中のお客様自身のブラウザからのみ参照されます。
• 画像: マーチャントがアップロードした画像はすべて Shopify Files(Shopify CDN)に保存され、当アプリのサーバーには保存されません。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、サンクスページ・注文状況ページ・カスタマーアカウントページへのコンテンツ表示、表示条件の判定、テキスト変数の展開、プラン管理のためにのみ利用します。第三者への販売・提供は行いません。外部の解析・トラッキングも行いません。

3. 課金

課金はすべて Shopify Billing API を通じて行われ、当アプリがクレジットカード情報等を取得・保存することはありません。

4. データの保管と安全管理

保管場所

• 委託先: Cloudflare, Inc.(米国)
• 利用内容: アプリサーバー(Cloudflare Workers)およびデータベース(Cloudflare D1)の運用
• データの所在: Cloudflare のアジア太平洋リージョン(主に日本国内)に保存し、Cloudflare のネットワークで配信

保管期間

• セッション情報(ログイン情報)は、アンインストール時に即時削除します。ブロック等の設定とプラン情報は再インストール時の復元用に保持し、アンインストールから48時間後に Shopify から届く削除通知(shop/redact)を受けて削除します。48時間以内に再インストールした場合は復元されます。
• その他のデータ(サーバーログ): 最大7日間で自動削除されます。個人を識別する情報は含まれません。
• バックアップ: Cloudflare D1 のポイントインタイム復元(30日間)を利用しています。復元の用途にのみ使用し、30日で自動的に消去されます。

安全管理措置

• 通信はすべて HTTPS(TLS)で暗号化されます。
• データベース(Cloudflare D1)は保存時に暗号化されます。
• データベース・管理コンソールへのアクセスは、権限管理と二要素認証により、限られた担当者のみに制限しています。
• API キー等の機密情報は、Cloudflare のシークレット管理機能で暗号化して保管し、ソースコードには含めません。
• Shopify からの通知(Webhook)は、署名(HMAC)を検証したうえで処理します。
• Shopify の GDPR 関連リクエスト(customers/data_request・customers/redact・shop/redact)に対応しています。

5. データの削除

• 顧客データの削除要請(GDPR customers/redact): 当該顧客の customer メタフィールドを削除します。
• ストアデータの削除要請(GDPR shop/redact): 当アプリが保持するストアの全データを即時削除します。
• アンインストール時: セッション情報はアンインストール時に即時削除します。ブロック等の設定とプラン情報は再インストール時の復元用に保持し、アンインストールから48時間後に Shopify から届く削除通知(shop/redact)を受けて完全削除します。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Information we collect & store

• Store configuration (block layout, display rules, plan info): stored in our database and in a Shopify shop metafield.
• Customer information (name, customer tags, order count, merchant-specified customer metafield values): used solely to personalize and target displayed content, and stored only in Shopify customer metafields. We never store customer personal data in our own database. This data is read only in the logged-in customer’s own browser via Shopify’s mechanisms (appMetafields and the Customer Account API) when rendering the post-purchase and account pages.
• Images: merchant-uploaded images are stored entirely in Shopify Files (Shopify CDN), never on our servers.

2. How we use it

Collected data is used only to render content on the Thank-you, Order-status and Customer-account pages, evaluate display rules, resolve text variables, and manage plans. We never sell or share data with third parties, and we run no external analytics or tracking.

3. Billing

All charges are processed via the Shopify Billing API. We never receive or store payment card details.

4. Data storage & security

Storage location

• Subprocessor: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States)
• Usage: Operation of the app server (Cloudflare Workers) and database (Cloudflare D1)
• Data location: Stored in Cloudflare's Asia-Pacific region (primarily within Japan) and delivered over Cloudflare's network

Retention

• Session information (login information) is deleted immediately upon uninstall. Block settings and plan information are kept so they can be restored on reinstall, and are deleted 48 hours after uninstall, upon receiving Shopify's deletion notice (shop/redact). Restored if the app is reinstalled within 48 hours.
• Other data (server logs): automatically deleted within 7 days at most. Contains no personally identifying information.
• Backups: Cloudflare D1 point-in-time recovery (30 days). Used only for restoration and automatically erased after 30 days.

Security measures

• All communication is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
• The database (Cloudflare D1) is encrypted at rest.
• Access to the database and admin consoles is limited to authorized staff, with permission management and two-factor authentication.
• API keys and other secrets are stored encrypted in Cloudflare's secret management and are never included in source code.
• Notifications (webhooks) from Shopify are processed only after their signature (HMAC) is verified.
• Shopify GDPR requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are supported.

5. Data deletion

• GDPR customers/redact: we delete the customer's metafield written by this app.
• GDPR shop/redact: we immediately delete all data we hold for the store.
• Uninstall: session information is deleted immediately. Block configuration and plan information are retained for 48 hours to allow restore on reinstall, then fully deleted upon Shopify's deletion notice (shop/redact).
