Which conditions can I use?
In the block edit screen, choose 「条件を指定」 (Set conditions) under 「表示対象」 (Show to) to add conditions. The default is 「すべての注文」 (All orders), which shows the block with no conditions.

Each block can have up to 10 conditions. On the Free plan, you can't choose 「条件を指定」 (Set conditions). The order amount condition is available on the Basic plan or higher, and the order count and customer tag conditions on the Pro plan. The order amount is checked in your store's currency. Customer tags are matched without regard to upper or lower case. On My Page (order list and profile), blocks that include an order amount condition are never shown.
The order count is the number of past orders, not including the current order. A first-time buyer is treated as having 0 past orders.
What's the difference between all conditions and any condition?
When there are two or more conditions, choose one of the following under 「条件の一致」 (Condition matching).
- 「すべての条件を満たす（AND）」 (Match all conditions, AND)
- Shows the block only when all the conditions you set are met. Use this to narrow down your target precisely.
- 「いずれかの条件を満たす（OR）」 (Match any condition, OR)
- Shows the block when at least one of the conditions you set is met. Use this to show the same message to several target groups.
What happens with guest checkouts?
When customer information can't be confirmed, such as with a guest checkout, the order count and customer tag conditions can't be checked. In that case, the block follows your choice in 「ゲスト購入（顧客情報がない場合）の扱い」 (Guest checkout handling, when there is no customer info) in the block edit screen: 「非表示にする(推奨)」 (Hide, recommended) or 「表示する」 (Show). The default is 「非表示にする(推奨)」 (Hide, recommended). Blocks that only have an order amount condition are checked as usual, even for guest checkouts.
To show a block to first-time buyers, choose 「初回のみ（過去0回）」 (First order only, 0 past orders) for the order count condition. To show it for guest checkouts too, choose 「表示する」 (Show).
Can the display differ from what I expect?
- If the same customer places orders back to back, the previous order may not be reflected yet, so the order count may be checked as one less than it actually is.
- When the order status page is opened later, conditions are checked again using the latest customer information at that time, so the display may differ from the Thank you page.
- If the order subtotal can't be retrieved on the order status page, blocks that include an order amount condition are not shown.
How can I check conditions in advance?
- Pick one target groupBe clear about who you are checking for, such as first-time buyers or customers with a specific tag.
- Check boundary valuesFor "¥5,000 or more", check both ¥4,999 and ¥5,000.
- Check the non-target case tooAlso confirm that the block doesn't appear for orders that don't meet the conditions.
