How do the plans differ?

Prices are as of October 2026. Paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly; yearly billing costs 10 months' worth of the monthly price (2 months free). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. The free trial applies when you first subscribe (whether it applies is determined by Shopify). Check the Shopify approval screen for the final price and billing terms.
Which plan should I choose?
- Free is a good fit if
- You want to place a small amount of text or images on the Thank you page.
- Basic is a good fit if
- You want to use coupons, social links, buttons, or custom HTML, and also show blocks on the order status page or My Page. Or you want to show different blocks based on order amount.
- Pro is a good fit if
- You want to target by order count or customer tags, and show personalized text or metafields for each buyer.
Blocks over the limit, and blocks that use types or conditions no longer available, are not deleted; they are hidden automatically. The block list shows them as 「プラン制限で非表示」 (Hidden by plan limit). Your settings are kept, so they appear again if you switch back to the original plan.
How do I change my plan?
- Open the 「プラン」 (Plans) screenOpen 「プラン」 (Plans) in the app's left menu.
- Choose a planClick 「14日間無料で試す」 (Try free for 14 days) on the plan you want, and the Shopify approval screen opens.
- ApproveReview the details and approve. You return to the app, and the new plan takes effect.
- If you switched to the Pro planFirst run 「既存顧客の同期（バックフィル）」 (Sync existing customers, backfill) on the 「変数設定」 (Variable settings) screen. Until you do, existing customers' names and order counts are treated as having no value.
When you click 「Freeに変更」 (Change to Free), a confirmation screen appears. Once you confirm, your plan changes to Free right away. Before confirming, check whether any blocks will no longer be displayed.
