What do AIO diagnostics tell me?
AI answers change every time, so each keyword is queried 30 times in total (15 times on ChatGPT and 15 times on Gemini) to produce statistics. For each engine, you can see the following.
- Visibility
- The share of successfully retrieved answers in which your store appeared in the answer or its citations. It is judged by your store's domain and the terms you register in "Brand terms (shared across all diagnostics)". Your store's domain is included automatically. Enter brand terms separated by commas. They are used for all diagnostics.
- Average rank
- Your store's average position among the sources cited in AI answers. It is shown together with the number of times you were cited. If your store was never cited, it shows "Unranked".
- Competitor domains
- Other domains cited in AI answers. Up to 8 are shown, starting with the most cited.
How to run a diagnosis
- Register keywordsOn the "AIO diagnostics" page, add the keywords you want to diagnose under "Keywords" (1 to 100 characters each). You can't register the same keyword twice.
- Select keywords to diagnoseCheck the boxes next to the registered keywords you want. You can select several and diagnose them all at once.
- Run the diagnosisClick the "Diagnose N selected (N credits)" button (N is the number you selected). Credits are used for the number of keywords selected. If you don't have enough credits, only as many as your remaining credits allow are run.
- Check the resultsWhile a diagnosis runs, its query progress is shown in the results for each keyword, and the page updates automatically. There is no notification when it finishes, so check the page. When it is done, review visibility, average rank, and competitor domains for each engine.
How are credits used?
"1 keyword = 1 diagnostic = 1 credit" on the page means that diagnosing one keyword uses one credit.
- Diagnosing 1 keyword uses 1 credit.
- There are two kinds of credits: your plan's monthly credits and purchased credits. You can see what is left under "Credit balance".
- Your plan's monthly credits are used first. Once they run out, purchased credits are used.
- Your plan's monthly credits reset every 30 days, not by calendar month. Purchased credits carry over and never expire.
The Premium plan includes 20 credits every 30 days. On the Starter, Growth, and Advanced plans, you use AIO diagnostics by buying add-on packs. It is not available on the Free plan.
How do I buy more credits?

Add-on packs are one-time purchases and can be bought on paid plans from Starter up. Click "Buy" under "Credit balance" on the "AIO diagnostics" page and approve the charge on the Shopify approval screen. The credits are added when you return to the app. You can buy up to 3 packs per calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of each month). Only this "3 packs per month" limit is counted differently from the 30-day periods used for plan credits and usage.

Things to keep in mind when reading results
AI answers change every time, so the numbers may go up or down from one diagnosis to the next. Don't judge from a single result. Look at the trend before and after you make changes.
