The structured data types you can output with auto-implementation are the same on every plan from Starter up (Product / Offer, FAQPage, breadcrumbs (BreadcrumbList), and Organization / WebSite). On the "Plans" page, Starter lists "Automatic JSON-LD (Product/Offer, FAQ, breadcrumbs, Organization)" and Growth lists "Everything in Starter (automatic JSON-LD, llms.txt)". Is there a free trial?
All paid plans (Starter, Growth, Advanced, Premium), on both monthly and annual billing (8 plans in total), come with a 14-day free trial. Click "Start 14-day free trial" on the "Plans" page and approve it on the Shopify approval screen to begin. The free trial applies to new subscriptions (whether it applies is decided by Shopify). Annual billing is 10% cheaper than monthly and is charged for one year at a time.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You can see how many scan pages, AI FAQ generations, and AIO diagnostics you have left in "Usage this period" on the dashboard. Limits do not follow the calendar month. They reset every 30 days, counting from the day you first used the app. The dashboard also shows the next reset date in the usage heading, as in "Usage this period (resets every 30 days, next reset [date])". Once you reach the scan limit, you can't run scans until the next reset date. The one exception is the number of AIO diagnostics add-on packs you can buy (up to 3 packs per month): this is counted by calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of each month), not every 30 days. To change your plan, use "Change plan →" on the dashboard or the "Plans" page.
What happens to my data when I change plans or uninstall?
- Changing plans does not delete your scan results or other data. Only the features you can use change.
- To switch to another paid plan (upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual), use the plan cards on the "Plans" page.
- There is no button in the app to switch back to the Free plan. To cancel a paid plan, uninstall the app. Shopify cancels the subscription and the app goes back to the Free plan. Any remaining AIO diagnostics credits you bought are restored if you reinstall within 48 hours of uninstalling.
- To use paid features after reinstalling, approve a plan again.
- When you uninstall, your login information is deleted right away. If you reinstall within 48 hours of uninstalling, your data is restored, including scan history, FAQ drafts, and purchased AIO diagnostics credits. After 48 hours, all data is deleted.
Which plan should I choose?
- Free is a good fit if
- You first want to scan (diagnose) your store and check your AIO score and issue list. Adding structured data requires Starter or above.
- Starter and Growth are a good fit if
- You want to add structured data and keep it in shape with scheduled scans. Starter also includes AI FAQ (10 every 30 days) and output of approved FAQs. If you need score drop alerts, CSV exports, or scheduled scans every 7 days, choose Growth or above.
- Advanced is a good fit if
- You need daily scheduled scans, PDF reports, and comparisons with 3 competitor sites.
- Premium is a good fit if
- You want AIO diagnostics as part of your monthly routine, plus weekly comparisons with 5 competitor sites.
