How do the plans differ?

On all plans, each customer can save up to 500 products and 500 collections, and customers who aren't logged in can save up to 50 of each. Prices are as of October 2026. Check the Shopify approval screen for the final price and billing terms.
What happens when I get close to or reach the limit?
- When you reach 80% of the limit, a warning appears on the dashboard with an option to upgrade.
- Reaching the limit doesn't delete any saved favorites.
- After the limit is reached, customers can still view and remove favorites. They just can't add new ones.
- The same applies if you downgrade and go over the new limit: customers can only view and remove the favorites over the limit.
What does the Analytics screen show?
Analytics is available on Pro and higher. You can choose a period of 7, 30, or 90 days. It shows total favorites, favorites added in the period, the favorite-to-purchase rate, active customers in the period, a chart of new favorites over time, the most favorited products and collections, and the most removed products. On Free and Basic, the screen shows blurred sample values and an upgrade message.
How do I change my plan?
- Open the Plans screenSelect "Plans" in the app navigation, or "View plans" on the dashboard.
- Choose how to paySwitch between "Monthly" and "Annual" at the top of the screen. The annual price equals 10 months of the monthly price, so you get 2 months free.
- Choose a planClick "Start 14-day free trial" to go to the Shopify approval screen.
- ApproveAfter you approve, you return to the Plans screen and your current plan changes.
All paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Plus) come with a 14-day free trial on both monthly and annual billing. The free trial applies to new subscriptions (Shopify decides whether it applies). If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
When you click "Switch to Free" on the Plans screen, no confirmation screen appears. Your paid plan is canceled right away and you switch to the Free plan (charges are prorated). Your favorites data is not deleted.

Can I let customers favorite both products and collections on the Free plan?
Yes. Product and collection favorites, guest saving with transfer after login, and the account page are all included in the Free plan.
Which plan do I need to change the button color?
Changing the color, shape, and label text requires Basic or higher. On Free, you can use the 3 presets, icon size, the show label setting, and the setting for hearts on cards.
