Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. The free trial is applied to new subscriptions (whether it applies is determined by Shopify). With annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 months. The "Billing" screen shows this as "Save 2 months". You are charged in your store's billing currency: stores billed in Japanese yen are charged in yen, and all other stores are charged in US dollars.

You can check your current plan in the top left of the app's "Billing" screen ("Plan & Billing"). During a trial, it shows "N day(s) left in trial".

Prices are as of October 2026. For the final price and billing terms, check Shopify's approval screen.

Will my data be deleted if I downgrade?

Downgrading doesn't delete your registered profiles or assignments. Features that aren't included in your current plan simply stop being applied. If you have more people than the new plan's limit, people are published in order of registration (earliest first) up to the limit. The rest become "Unpublished (plan limit)" and are removed from article display and structured data. While you are over the limit, you can't add new people. If you upgrade again, the unpublished people are shown again as before.

If you change to any plan other than Pro, registered social links are no longer output on articles or in structured data. The social link data is kept, and it is output again when you return to the Pro plan.

What happens when I uninstall?

When you uninstall, Shopify stops the billing. Your app data is kept for about 48 hours after uninstalling, and if you reinstall on the same store during that time, it is restored. After reinstalling, you start on the Free plan. After about 48 hours, the data is deleted and can't be restored.

How do I change my plan?

  1. Open the "Billing" screenChoose "Monthly" or "Annual".
  2. Choose a planClick "Choose this plan" on the plan you want. Shopify's approval screen opens.
  3. ApproveAfter you approve, you return to the app and the plan is applied automatically. To go back to the Free plan, click "Downgrade to Free" and confirm in the dialog. Your paid subscription is cancelled and paid features are no longer available.

If you try something beyond your plan's limit, an error message with a "View plans" button appears.

What to check before changing plans

  • How many people you want to publish
  • Whether you need bulk settings per blog or for all articles
  • Which features you need, such as social links, a custom accent color per person, or design adjustments
  • The billing start date and amount on Shopify's approval screen
