About this app
FormSync Customer Forms is an app that shows member information forms for Shopify's new customer accounts. Along with standard fields like name and phone number, you can collect custom fields saved to customer metafields, without writing any code. Forms can appear before login, right after login, on the profile, on the Thank you page and on the Order status page, and you can add customer tags based on answers or check entries against an allow list.
