How much does each plan cost?

PlanMonthlyAnnual (paid up front)
Free$0Not available
Basic$12.99$129.90
Standard$29.99$299.90
Premium$79.99$799.90

The annual price equals 10 months of the monthly price (2 months free). Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. The free trial applies when you first subscribe (Shopify decides whether it applies). Also, for 7 days after installing, you can try Premium-level features without subscribing to a plan. During the trial, the dashboard shows the date your free trial ends. After the trial ends, forms that use locations or features not included in your current plan are no longer shown in your store (the forms themselves are not deleted). This 7-day period after installing is not given again if you reinstall within 48 hours of uninstalling. Development stores are free and can use Premium-level features (except that allow list entries are limited to 1,000 in total).

Plan changes take effect as soon as you approve them on Shopify's approval screen.

Pricing as of October 2026. Check Shopify's approval screen for the final price and billing terms.

For stores on the Light or Growth plan

Light ($4.99/month) and Growth ($19.99/month) are plans for stores that subscribed earlier, and new subscriptions are not available. Stores already on these plans still see them on the "Plans" screen. Light includes 3 forms, 10 fields, 1,000 monthly submissions, and 3 tag rules per form (1 condition each), and supports forms before login. Growth includes unlimited forms, fields, and submissions, plus tag rules and Shopify Flow integration. Neither plan includes allow lists.

Which plan should I choose?

Free is a good fit if
You want to try one form shown right after login.
Basic is a good fit if
You want to show forms before login or use all locations. You want to tag customers based on answers or use Shopify Flow integration.
Standard is a good fit if
You want to check input against an allow list using a single value, such as an email address. You want to use the fallback display for customers who skipped the gate.
Premium is a good fit if
You want to match on a composite key such as name and phone number, or you have large lists or many forms or submissions.

What happens when I go over a limit?

  • When submissions or matches reach 80% of the limit, a banner appears in the app. You can check usage on the meters on the dashboard and the "Plans" screen.
  • On monthly Basic and Standard plans, forms keep working even after submissions go over the limit, with the extra billed as usage charges. Extra submissions cost $2.00 per 1,000 (rounded up to the next 1,000).
  • On monthly Standard and Premium plans, matching keeps working after allow list matches go over the limit, at $1.00 per 1,000 matches as usage charges.
  • Usage charges have a cap that you approve. When charges reach 90% of the cap, another warning is shown, and when they reach the cap, the service stops. You can check the cap and the overage setting "Keep running past the limit and bill the overage (recommended)" (on by default) on the "Plans" screen.
  • On Free, on annual plans, or with overage billing turned off, usage charges are not available, so the service stops when you reach the limit. On annual plans, the app suggests switching to monthly billing.
  • When the next 30-day cycle starts, counts reset and everything goes back to normal automatically.

While submissions are stopped at the limit, forms after login, on the profile, on the Thank you page, and on the Order status page are not shown, and nothing is submitted or saved. By default, forms before login show a message that the form is currently unavailable and don't let the customer continue to login (fail closed). In each form's "Display timing" tab, you can change this to "Pass through", which skips the form and lets the customer continue to login. If matching stops at the match limit, submissions to forms with matching set up are rejected. You can see usage charges under "Overage breakdown" on the "Plans" screen.

What happens to my forms if I downgrade?

When you downgrade or cancel, published forms that go beyond the new plan's limits are automatically set to "Unpublished", and the reason is shown in the app. You can edit them to fit within the limits and publish again, or switch back to your previous plan.

When the 7-day trial after installing ends, forms are not automatically set to "Unpublished" and stay "Published". However, forms that use locations or features not included in your current plan are no longer shown in your store. Forms that use an allow list are not shown either (submissions are not rejected; the form itself simply does not appear). If you use the login gate, customers continue straight to the normal login page. The "Some forms are hidden or partly disabled on your current plan" banner on the dashboard lists the affected forms and the reasons. Choose a plan, or edit the forms to fit within your plan.

If you switch to a plan without allow lists, your allow list data is deleted after 30 days. The scheduled deletion date is shown in the app, and upgrading again before then cancels the deletion.

Features not included in your current plan show a lock icon and the required plan name in the app. When you reach the limit for forms, fields, tag rules, or allow list entries, you can't create new ones. You can still edit existing ones.
