Review plan prices and limits

Manual replies are unlimited on all plans. The automatic reply generation count resets to 0 on the 1st of each month (JST). Prices are in USD. Annual billing is paid upfront for the year and costs 10 times the monthly price (2 months free).

What changes between plans?
- Products with reviews
- The number of products that have at least one published review. When you reach the limit, your store stops accepting new reviews for products that have no reviews yet, and customers see 「このストアのレビュー対応商品数がプランの上限に達しているため、現在レビューを受け付けていません。」 (Reviews are currently unavailable because this store has reached its plan's limit for products with reviews.) Posting to products that already have reviews, and approving and replying in the app, work regardless of the limit. Existing reviews and their display are never removed.
- Automatic reply generation
- The number of reply drafts you can generate automatically each month by clicking "Create a reply from template" on the "Reviews" screen. Free and Starter get 0, Growth 400, Pro 1,500 and Business 5,000, and the count resets to 0 on the 1st of each month (JST). Manual replies are unlimited on all plans.
If you have reached the limit for products with reviews and want to accept reviews for new products, upgrade to a higher plan, or reduce the number of products by deleting reviews for products you don't need with "Delete review".
You can check your current usage under "Usage this month" on the "Plans & usage" screen.
What you can do on the Free plan
- Accept and display customer reviews with the review list block on product pages (up to 10 products).
- Show a product's average rating and review count with the rating badge.
- Filter, approve, reject and delete reviews on the "Reviews" screen.
- Reply to reviews manually from the reply field (unlimited). Automatic reply generation is not available.
- Choose who can post, publishing and repeat reviews of the same product in "Review settings".
Is there a free trial?
The paid review plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Business) have no free trial. You are charged the price shown on the approval screen from the moment you subscribe. You can try the app on the Free plan first.
How to subscribe and change plans
You can see what each plan includes on the plan cards under "1. Choose a review plan" on the "Plans & usage" screen. You subscribe to or change a paid plan on Shopify's approval screen. Switching to Free cancels your paid plan without going through the approval screen. For the steps, see "Subscribe to or change a review plan".

Can I start on the Free plan?
Yes. You are on the Free plan right after installing, at no charge. It allows up to 10 products with reviews.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free.
Is there a product limit on the Business plan?
The Business plan allows an unlimited number of products with reviews.
