Staff list CSV columns
| Column | Required | Details |
|---|---|---|
| handle | Optional | The key for updates (the list ID). If empty, a new list is created. |
| title | Required | List name. |
| type | Required | manual or auto (automated). |
| rule_mode | auto only | all (match all conditions) or any (match any condition). |
| rule_conditions | auto only | Condition tags separated by semicolons. Add "!" at the start of a tag to make it an "is not equal to" condition. |
| rule_tags | auto only | A column kept for compatibility with the older format. Enter tags separated by semicolons (example: Tokyo;Manager), and staff with any of these tags are included in the automated list. If empty, all staff are included. When importing staff lists, rows that were updated because their handle matched are still counted as "new" on the results screen.
How do I export?
Select "Export" on either list screen to download all current items as a CSV file. Edit it and import it again to update in bulk.
