Steps to publish FAQs

  1. Select productsOn the "AI FAQ" page, click "Pick a product and generate FAQs" and choose the products you want FAQs for.
  2. Review the draftsBased on the product information, 3 to 5 question and answer pairs are created as "Draft (needs approval)". Drafts are created in your admin display language. They are listed on the "AI FAQ" page.
  3. Edit the contentCheck that the content matches the product's actual specs and how you run your store, and edit the questions and answers if needed.
  4. Approve and publishClick "Approve and publish to structured data". The FAQs are added to the product page right away as FAQPage structured data, and the status changes to "Published". Also check that 「FAQPage スキーマを出力(承認済みFAQ)」 (Output FAQPage schema (approved FAQs)) is turned on in the "AIO Structured Data" app embed.

The page shows the latest 30 drafts. If you delete a product, its drafts are deleted too.

What should I check before publishing?

  • The answers match what the product actually is
  • The answers don't include information that changes often, such as stock, price, or shipping
  • The wording follows your company's policies
AI only creates drafts

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, so always review it before you approve it.

Is there a limit on how many times I can generate?

Each AI FAQ generation uses 1 credit, and each plan has a set number of generations every 30 days. It is not available on the Free plan. If you open the page, it shows "AI FAQ generation requires the Starter plan or higher". You can see what is left in "Credits" on the "AI FAQ" page or in "Usage this period" on the dashboard. The count does not follow the calendar month. It resets every 30 days, counting from the day you first used the app. Once you use them all, you can't generate more until the next reset date.

If you see "Generation failed. Please try again in a few minutes.", wait a while and try again. If it keeps happening, please contact us.

For the number of generations on each plan, see "AIO Struct Check Plans and Features".
