Prices are as of October 2026. Check Shopify's approval screen for the final price and billing terms.
- The annual price is 10 months of the monthly price, paid up front, so you save 2 months (about 17% off).
- The Free plan has no annual option.
- All charges are in US dollars (USD). Recurring charges and usage charges are billed every 30 days.
- Standard and Pro include a 14-day free trial. The trial applies to new subscriptions (Shopify decides whether it applies).

On the Free plan, you can't enter a number above 3 in 「最大配送先数」 (Maximum addresses) in settings, and 「現在のプラン（Free）では最大3件」 (Up to 3 on your current plan (Free)) appears.
How usage charges work on the Free plan
On the Free plan, each original order that is successfully split counts as 1. Test orders are included. Up to 10 per month are free, and from the 11th on, each one is charged $1.99. Orders marked 「対象外」 (Skipped) are not charged.
- Monthly usage charge cap
- The default is $75. You can change it on the 「料金プラン」 (Pricing plans) screen, which shows 「この金額までしか請求されません。上限に達しても分割処理は止まりません。」 (You won't be charged more than this amount. Splitting continues even after the cap is reached.) If the change needs Shopify approval, you're taken to the approval screen.
- When the cap is reached
- Splitting continues, and anything over the cap is not charged.
- Test orders
- Test orders are split too and count toward the free allowance and usage charges. From the 11th on, even test orders are subject to the $1.99 usage charge.
- Effect on buyers
- Plan limits never stop a buyer's checkout or the splitting of orders.
- If you want to hold splits
- Turn on 「Free枠超過時は分割を保留し手動承認制にする」 (Hold splits over the Free allowance for manual approval) in settings. From the 11th on, splits become 「保留(手動承認待ち)」 (On hold (awaiting approval)), and only the ones you approve are split.
The Home page shows 「今月の分割注文数 N件 ／ 無料枠 X/10件・課金対象 Z件」 (Split orders this month: N / Free allowance: X/10, Charged: Z): the number of orders split this month (N), how many of those were split within the free allowance (X; the Free plan allowance is 10 per month), and how many were subject to usage charges (Z). The Standard and Pro plans have unlimited splits. It also shows 「今月の従量課金額」 (Usage charges this month) and how much remains before the cap. At the 8th split of the month, a banner says 「まもなくFree枠を超えます」 (You'll soon exceed the Free allowance), and when the cap is reached, a banner says 「従量課金の上限額($…)に達しました」 (You've reached the usage charge cap ($…)). If you reach the cap two months in a row, a banner recommends moving to the Standard plan.
How do I change plans?
- Open the pricing plans screenIn the left menu, open 「料金プラン」 (Pricing plans). Your current plan has a 「現在のプラン」 (Current plan) badge.
- Choose monthly or annualWhen you choose annual, a 「2ヶ月分お得」 (2 months free) badge appears.
- Choose 「このプランにする」 (Choose this plan)Shopify's approval screen opens.
- Approve the chargeAfter you approve, you return to the app. The plan takes effect after approval. If it isn't reflected, reopen the screen.
If the charge is canceled, expires, is frozen, or is declined, your store is automatically treated as being on the Free plan.
Before you choose a plan
- How many orders with split addresses you expect per month (Free includes 10 per month at no charge, and test order splits count too)
- Whether any buyers use 4 or more addresses in a single order
- Whether you need the address book for your customers
